Enterprise Development and Dynamics  (1-day Training)

 

Enterprise development helps organization lead to long-term economic growth in business environment.  This course helps you to understand the dynamics of environment, how to maximize return, direct implications, and obstacles, and focusing to identify the key activities for better performances and improvement areas.

Module D: Communication and Change

  • Understand the benefits of communication

  • Identify dynamism to cope with change (drivers of change and resistant to change)
