Management and personnel who have interest in developing 5S culture in their workplaces and/or entrusted to implement the HKQAA-5S scheme
Delegates are preferred to have basic knowledge or awareness of 5S concept

Understanding and application of 5S principles
Requirement of HKQAA-5S and its relevance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
