Mr. Chu is an honorary consultant at the Centre for Strategic Human Resources and Development Research at Hong Kong Baptist University. He is also the chief reviewer for the Master's program in Human Resources Management at Hong Kong Baptist University. Previously, he served as an honorary consultant at the Poon Kam Kai Institute of Management at the University of Hong Kong. He has worked as a research and development manager at Watson Wyatt Consultants Limited, where he was responsible for conducting surveys on compensation and benefits in Hong Kong. He has also served as a senior management consultant at the Hong Kong Productivity Council and a manufacturing engineering consultant at a US production group.
Mr. Chu has extensive experience in various consulting projects, including balanced scorecards, production process improvement, performance assessment, employee training and development, job analysis and evaluation, compensation structures and benefits design, as well as total quality management. He has provided consulting and training services to renowned institutions in the United States, Hong Kong, mainland China, and Taiwan. His clients include government departments, government-funded organizations, utilities, multinational corporations, and listed companies.
