Temperature Mapping for Warehouse in Secondary Packaging: Principles, Practices, and Compliance (藥物二次包裝之倉庫溫度測繪 : 原理、實踐與合規性)   Target Audience  Members of the Pharmaceutical Distributors Association of Hong Kong (PDA) Person-in-charge／Quality Assurance Officer of secondary packaging of licensed manufactures of secondary packaging.   Course Highlight Module 1 : Introduction of Temperature Mapping Definition and importance of temperature mapping Regulatory requirements for temperature mapping Factors affecting temperature distribution in a warehouse ​Module 2 : Preparation for Temperature Mapping Study Selection of data loggers and thermocouples Planning the study Documentation and record-keeping Module 3 : Execution of Temperature Mapping Study Installing data loggers and thermocouples Collecting and analyzing temperature data ​Module 4 : Corrective Action and Ongoing Monitoring Responding to temperature excursions Implementing ongoing temperature monitoring Maintaining mapping equipment Certificate for Completion  Participants who have pass the examination（scores above 70%; Multiple Choice Question）will be awarded the “Certificate for Completion” issued by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency.   Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Training Program Equivalent to 4 CPD Hours Approved Course Code：CPD/L/03/2023 CPD hours would only be awarded one-off on completion of the course and NO CPD hours would be awarded upon repeated attendance within 24 months.    Download course leaflet   Should you have any questions, please contact Ms. Joanne Chan during office hour.
