Project Assistant (Learning & Development) |
Responsibilities
- Promote and implement HKQAA mission, vision, shared values and uphold the key service attributes of HKQAA
- Provide training support to internal customers
- To transform the competence of HKQAA to evidence-based information, through the process of learning and development
- Uphold and enhance knowledge management and training materials, e.g. training handbooks and records, power point files, video clips and examination papers
- Initiate and implement improvement programs to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operating processes and products
- Conduct organizational, process or business review, with the guidance of supervisor
Competence

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of conformity assessment schemes

- Translate technical document
- Provide administrative and logistic support to the department
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or other related disciplines

Job Description:
- Degree holder in health care, pharmaceutical or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years working experience in health/ medical care, elderly home or related industry
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder of a valid practicing certificate, medical doctor, social worker, paramedical experts will be an advantage
- Responsible for performing management system audits, projects service, verification, assessment and training services delivery
- Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese & Putonghua
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willing to travel
- Candidates with less academic achievement but with more working experience will also be considered, training will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of professional assessment service and technical project service, and

Work Experience and Competence Requirements:
- Right candidate must possess with:
- Tertiary education or above in the related discipline;
- At least 4 years work experience in the related discipline;
