  • Perform full spectrum of professional assessment service and technical project service;

Competence:

  • Possess with knowledge / experience in ISO 9001 or other management systems certification is preferred;
  • Degree holder in Environmental Science/ Engineering/ Sustainability discipline;

 Assistant Marketing Communications Officer (2-Year Contract)

  • Formulate and implement suitable business plan to achieve the planned business results

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to coordinate, monitor, supervise and work with other team members in completing the work within the planning schedule
  • Monitor and control project tasks and costs within the approved project tasks and budget
  • Manage and monitor the preparation of contract documentations, cost plan, estimates, payments and final account
  • Liaise, coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders
  • Provide admin and logistic support

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 1 year project management and research experience is an added advantage
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

 IT Officer

  • Implementation of workflow projects with Microsoft Power Platform;
  • Provide workflow system demonstration to users;
  • General IT user support

Competencies

  • Diploma or above in Computer Studies, Information Technology or equivalent;
  • 1-year experience in Information Technology is preferred;
  • Experience in using 365 web apps development, e.g. SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automated;
