4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Dive deep into who a stakeholder is, their roles, functions and how best to collaborate with them.

5. BACCM Components: Identify the six components of BACCM, the interactions between them, and how they define the conceptual BA framework.  

6. Perspectives and Applications: Learn the six perspectives of BA and the application of BA from those perspectives.   

7. Requirements and Relationships: Learn the four classifications of requirements and their relationships. 

8. Requirements and Designs: Understand Requirement, Design, and the differences as well as relationships between the two.
