There are still companies having a QMS inappropriately documented and having a shadow of old version where unnecessary records generated. The reasons for such can be various including misunderstanding of requirement of the standard, lack of guidance for QMS documentation maintenance, fear of failing to meet certification requirements, quality people still with a old version’s mind set. Thus, this training will focus on providing guidelines for the development, maintenance and streamlining of the QMS documentation.

Prerequisite
Delegates are required to complete VM1 training course or equivalent. (delegates are required to submit supporting document as necessary)

- Guidelines for Manual, Procedure and Work Instruction documentation
- The process of preparing QMS documentation
- The process of approval and control of QMS documents
- Continual improvement of QMS documentation
