Prerequisite
Some basic concept on food safety and hygiene is required

·             To understand the impact of food safety
·             To apply the requirements of Food Safety Management System into food-related environment
·             To explore the various implementation ideas

·             Introduction of food Safety in global view
·             The background of ISO 22000:2005 standard
·             Understanding of      i) PRP/HACCP
                                                ii) System Management
                                                iii) Certification process of ISO 22000:2005

Learning Outcome
By the end of the course you will be able to
·             Describe the fundamental requirements of ISO 22000
·             Identify the key attributes of an effective FSMS
·             Understand ISO 22000 the certification process
