          is important to have a framework for establishing wine storage management, and ensuring
          industry standards for proper wine storage and transportation throughout the supply chain.

          First Certification for Wine Storage Management Systems
          In support of the robust and growing wine-related business, and to ensure that the quality
          of the wine being stored and transported is not compromised, in late 2009 Hong Kong
          Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) launched the Wine Storage Management Systems
          (WSMS) Certification Scheme. The scheme was the first of its kind in the world and has been
          enthusiastically supported by the government and the industry. WSMS – for Wine Retailers
          and WSMS – Transportation certification schemes were released thereafter to extend the
          certification scope across the wine supply chain and across national borders.


          保護葡萄酒品質和價值的系統化方法

          一瓶佳釀需要從嚴謹、漫長的釀制過程中誕生，但惡劣的儲存和運輸過程，卻會白白糟
          蹋了貴重的酒質和所投資的大量時間、心血和金錢。

          因此，葡萄酒供應鏈上的每一個成員，包括釀酒廠、運輸商和酒商，都應該更重視酒質的
          保護；業界更需要一套儲存管理的框架，以確保儲存和運輸葡萄酒的手法達到專業標準。

          首個葡萄酒儲存管理體系認證
          為支持香港正在蓬勃發展的葡萄酒相關業務，並致力確保葡萄酒的品質不會因為儲存和
          運輸環境不善而受損，香港品質保證局於2009年尾推出了國際首個「葡萄酒儲存管理體
          系認證」計劃，並獲得政府及業界熱烈的支持和參與，規格要求可媲美國際的行業常規；
          其後亦分別推出了零售商「葡萄酒儲存管理體系認證」和運輸服務「葡萄酒儲存管理體系
          認證」，將整個計劃的範圍擴大至葡萄酒的供應鏈，甚至跨越國界。
