Project and Event Management (1-day Training)
Project management focuses on management of project activities until its completion which is a temporary process, while event management focuses on every aspect related to events which is an ongoing process. This course helps you to understand and learn the project management in terms of processes, tools, techniques, approaches for better managing the projects, and leverage project management for successful event management.
