[IS10] ISO/IEC 20000:2018 信息技術服務體系 - 理解與應用

ISO/IEC 20000 is the first internationally recognized standard for IT service management. The standard is published in two parts: ISO/IEC 20000-1 presents the requirements for developing and running an IT management system; and ISO/IEC 20000-2 illustrates the best practices for service management.
 
The standard describes how to implement IT services that are initiated by and support business objectives – rather than just fulfilling technology needs.
