Responsibilities

  • Promote and implement HKQAA mission, vision, shared values and uphold the key service attributes of HKQAA
  • Provide training support to internal customers
  • To transform the competence of HKQAA to evidence-based information, through the process of learning and development
  • Uphold and enhance knowledge management and training materials, e.g. training handbooks and records, power point files, video clips and examination papers
  • Initiate and implement improvement programs to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operating processes and products
  • Conduct organizational, process or business review, with the guidance of supervisor

Competence

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Analytical mind in quantitative and qualitative approach
  • Objective oriented and factual based evaluation
  • Loyalty, commitment, integrity and joyfulness in work
  • Willing to listen, learn and practice independently
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Power Point, Photoshop and Video Editing

 Auditor/ Quality Supervisor/ Project Manager – Construction

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of professional assessment service and technical project service, and
  • Provide training services and conduct presentations in seminars / workshops.
  • Frequent traveling for client visit and service delivery.

Work Experience and Competence Requirements:

Right candidate must possess with:

Tertiary education or above in Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering/ Geotechnical Engineering;

  • At least 4 years work experience in the related discipline;
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge / experience in ISO 9001 or other management systems certification is preferred.
  • Possess good proposal writing skill
  • The Agency would provide comprehensive auditor training and development to the right candidate.
  • Immediate available is highly preferable

 

 Part-time Quality Supervisor – Construction (3-Month Contract) 兼職建築地盤監督 - 質量 (三個月合約)

Requirements:

Registered Holder of TCP T3:

  • Higher certificate or higher diploma in civil/ structural / geotechnical engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or
  • Degree in civil/ structural / geotechnical engineering with minimum 2 years relevant experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • On-site inspect, monitor and audit client’s due performance in accordance with the technical schedule and predefined quality requirements, as well as perform management system audit
  • Familiar with reinforcement fabrication and testing processes will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in various computer applications
  • Stationed at site for 3-4 days per week (may include Saturdays)
  • Contract Period: 1-Aug-2021 to 31-Oct-2021

  • Oversee the planning and arrangement of assessments for accreditation bodies
  • Monitor the departmental budgeted expenses 
  • Responsible for Document Control 
  • Support the team in the collection of accreditation updates and conduct gap assessments  

Competencies

  • Tertiary education in administrative / science / engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in operations and project aspects

  • Lead a business team with business staff & technical staff
  • Formulate marketing & business development strategies
  • Lead project team & collaborate with parties to establish and implement of large scale of projects
  • Manage the operations to ensure marketing & business efficiency and delivery of professional services

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in business or related discipline
  • 8 years working experience, with 2 years in managerial position with P/L experience
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese & Putonghua is a must
  • Exposure to other sales channels is highly preferred
  • Possess sound experience in marketing and business development achieving excellent business target
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid proven track records of business results and achievement is preferred
