Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Financial Controller |
Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement HKQAA vision, mission, shared value and policy.
- Manage full sets of financial accounting function including but not limited to financial accounting support, month-end closings, and variance and financial analysis, manage cash position, cashflow projection
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Provide recommendations to optimize the quality of revenue, cost and profit
- Ensure the accounting procedures are in compliance with related policies and statutory regulations, liaise with auditors and other regulatory bodies for audits and tax computation
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders as required
- Ensure financial control is maintained and efficiencies are achieved with existing financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control, risk agement, corporate governance requirement.
- Oversee the daily operations of finance department
- Other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting and Finance with relevant professional qualification
- At least 8 years or above in financial management and commercial experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

Responsibilities:
- Assist to coordinate, monitor, supervise and work with other team members in completing the work within the planning schedule
- Monitor and control project tasks and costs within the approved project tasks and budget
- Manage and monitor the preparation of contract documentations, cost plan, estimates, payments and final account
- Liaise, coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders
- Provide admin and logistic support
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 1 year project management and research experience is an added advantage
