Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or other related disciplines

 Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement HKQAA vision, mission, shared value and policy.
  • Manage full sets of financial accounting function including but not limited to financial accounting support, month-end closings, and variance and financial analysis, manage cash position, cashflow projection
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Provide recommendations to optimize the quality of revenue, cost and profit
  • Ensure the accounting procedures are in compliance with related policies and statutory regulations, liaise with auditors and other regulatory bodies for audits and tax computation
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders as required
  • Ensure financial control is maintained and efficiencies are achieved with existing financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control, risk agement, corporate governance requirement.
  • Oversee the daily operations of finance department
  • Other duties as assigned by the superior.

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting and Finance with relevant professional qualification 
  • At least 8 years or above in financial management and commercial experience
