Course objectives
Adjudication is a common dispute resolution process especially in the construction industry in many places. It is meant to be an efficient means of dispute resolution process as compared with arbitration and litigation. In Hong Kong, following the proposed Security of Payment Legislation (SOPL), it is expected that adjudication will become increasingly common in Hong Kong construction industry.
