Prerequisites

Delegates are required to complete the ISO 9001:2015 Understanding & Application Course or ISO Transition Course or equivalent.
Delegates are required to submit supporting document(s) as necessary.

Course objectives

To understand the application of Quality management systems standards
To understand the importance of internal auditing and the responsibilities of internal auditors
To plan and organize an internal audit within an QMS

The ISO 9000 family
Documentation structure, ISO 9001 certification infrastructure, internal audit
Audit planning: audit preparation, opening & closing meeting, conduct audit, report & management
Internal audit results evaluation and reporting

Certificate of Attendance

Certificate of Attendance will only be issued to participants who have attended more than 90% of the enrolled course hours.
