Essentials of Apology Ordinance for Managers and Professionals
The Apology Ordinance (Cap. 631)has become effective on 1 December 2017, making Hong Kong the first jurisdiction in Asia to address apology legislation. The Ordinance intends to promote the making of apologies, so as to prevent the escalation of disputes and facilitate their amicable resolution.

This seminar covers the reasonable of enacting apology legislation in Hong Kong. It focuses on
the implications of the Apology Ordinance for managers and participants managing disputes
with colleagues or customers after the commencement of the Ordinance.
