Enterprise Development and Dynamics  (1-day Training)   Enterprise development helps organization lead to long-term economic growth in business environment.  This course helps you to understand the dynamics of environment, how to maximize return, direct implications, and obstacles, and focusing to identify the key activities for better performances and improvement areas.   Learning objectives Explain the dynamic business environment Understand how their organization must act within that environment to maximize return Identify key activities that impact upon performance Understand the different ways through which they can have a direct impact on the business Understand the nature of obstacles that may prevent the organization from being a dynamic entity Identify areas where the processes are not capable of coping with the dynamic environment and suggesting ways to improve   Course outline Module A: The Dynamic System Overview the relationship between the dynamic system and people, process, product and profits.
