This ordinance represents a modern governance framework for regulating companies incorporated and operating in Hong Kong.

Understanding of the key aspects and cases on these laws on separate legal personality, capital rising, corporate governance, and insolvency issues of a company and the related fiduciary duties of directors are essential.
