ISO 22000:2018 食品安全管理體系 - 內部審核員培訓

 

審計的基礎必須理解ISO 22000:2018食品安全管理體系(FSMS)的要求。特別是食品安全方面,要更有效執行審核,必須清楚懂得食品安全管理體系的要求。此外,審核技巧也非常重要,學員可以透過培訓和實踐經驗獲得相關的經驗。審核員對體系內容的認識以及良好的品格都是成功的審計的必要元素。

代表人員將學習對食品安全管理體系開展內部審核所需的知識和技能,促進該管理體系的持續改善。

Prerequisite

 

  • Fundamental food safety, hygiene and management concept is required.
  • Delegates should have attended ISO 22000: 2018 Food Safety Management Systems- Understanding & Application training course or HACCP

For those who will be responsible for conducting and managing the internal audits of their organization’s Food Safety Management Systems according to ISO 22000:2018 standard

Certificate of attendance

Certificate of attendance will be issued to participants who have attended more than 90% of the enrolled course hours.
